HOW IT IS MADE

Prosecco DOC Treviso is produced with the grapes from the “historic area” of the Designation, representing the best parts of the vast territory dedicated to the cultivation of Glera grapes.
Our winery obtains the sparkling wines directly from the must, subjected to prise de mousse (fermentation) with selected yeasts for a whole month at a controlled temperature of 12-15°C.
The prise de mousse is interrupted by lowering the pressure tank’s temperature to obtain the sugar level desired.

OUR OENOLOGIST

The production technique enhances the drinking pleasure, defined by an aromatic note and a fresh taste, as well as the fine perlage.
