How it is made
Strictly selected musts are used for the production of our Incrocio Manzoni 6.0.13.
The must undergoes a brief cold maceration in order to extract all the aromas from the skins.
Subsequently, the grapes undergo a light pressing that allows us to extract just the free-run juice, which is withdrawn and fermented at controlled temperatures with selected yeasts that highlight the fragrance even more.
This is a typical grape of the Veneto Region, which we really wanted to have within the Maschio dei Cavalieri line in order to enhance the range.
The type of Incrocio Manzoni used in this sparkling wine is the most widely grown, because it satisfies the demands of a consumer who likes a wine that is aromatic, but not overly straightforward.
The elegance of the bottle and the bright gold color of the wine are unmistakable elements that highlight the complexity and class of this product.
Elegant – Prestigious – Aristocratic
This is the type of bottle used by Maschio dei Cavalieri for the Incrocio Manzoni 6.0.13, Rive di Colbertaldo and Sathià.
Distinctive and stylish, it is invariably a container for elite, top-quality products. This bottle comes in a variety of colors, thus distinguishing between Maschio dei Cavalieri’s various wines.
