How it is made
Particular attention is devoted to the method of cultivation of this variety and to the period of ripening of the grapes.
The juice obtained from them is fermented without undergoing special treatments; just the yeasts and control of the temperature allow us to obtain this delightful wine.
This unusual “crossing” has a backbone of acidity that provides a subtle contrast with the sweet, long and complex aftertaste.
Its orange highlights are symptomatic of the presence of Incrocio Manzoni Moscato 13.0.25.
The variety produces wine with the typical aromatic notes of Moscato d’Amburgo grapes, in which hints of rose and passion fruit are emphasized, while the structure benefits from the body of Raboso.
Elegant – Prestigious – Aristocratic
This is the type of bottle used by Maschio dei Cavalieri for the Incrocio Manzoni 6.0.13, Rive di Colbertaldo and Sathià.
Distinctive and stylish, it is invariably a container for elite, top-quality products. This bottle comes in a variety of colors, thus distinguishing between Maschio dei Cavalieri’s various wines.
